What kind of store are you?
We are a small scoop shop! Each scoop is completely unique and includes a mix of stationery, plush keychains, blind boxes, and other cute surprises! We also offer a few à la carte (stand-alone) items on our site.
Where do you source your items from?
As a lifelong stationery and trinket lover, I source items the same way I shop for myself! Everything comes from reputable vendors, shops, and suppliers in the US and Asia (including items I personally use, trust, and adore!).
Where do you ship?
At this time, we currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states and District of Columbia (D.C.). We hope to expand in the future!
How much is shipping?
For continental U.S. customers:
⟡FREE Shipping on order over $65
⟡$7 flat shipping fee for orders under $65
For Alaska & Hawaii:
⟡$10 flat shipping fee applies to all orders
What is the return policy?
Because we are a small business, we only accept returns on unused, unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for all return shipping and items must be returned in original packaging and condition. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We cannot issue refunds for packages marked as "Delivered" or "In Transit".
What about lost or stolen packages?
Once an order is shipped, ScoopMe! is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or mis-delivered packages.
